Arge Rivera

Water is my passion. Civil and Environmental Engineer with over 21 years of experience in engineering with an emphasis in flood attenuation, drainage design, and data management. Arge makes light work of navigating and negotiating the rules and regulations set by the local authorities, water companies, and the environmental Agency. In his free time, he enjoys planning korfball and walking the dog

Chloe

Chloe is a civil and environmental engineer with eight years of experience, having studied at Imperial College. She brings a strong technical background combined with advanced 3D modelling skills to resolve complex site and utility constraints. Chloe particularly enjoys acting as the link between clients and councils, translating legislation into clear, responsible design solutions with positive environmental outcomes. Outside of work, she spends as much time outdoors as possible and volunteers on a farm producing heritage seeds. Chloe is motivated by creating practical designs that balance compliance, sustainability, and environmental impact.

Mario

Mario is a civil engineer with over 21 years of professional experience across construction, supervision, teaching, and flood risk assessment. He is a qualified Civil Engineer and a Project Management Specialist. Mario has extensive academic experience as a university lecturer and brings strong practical insight to flood risk assessments and drainage strategies. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing the guitar, and creating educational maths content. Mario is motivated by sharing knowledge and contributing to effective flood and drainage solutions across complex projects.

Glaza

Glaza is a civil engineer with over 15 years of experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater engineering. She specialises in hydraulic and network design, with strong expertise in drafting, hydraulic analysis, and flood risk and stormwater modelling. Outside of engineering, Glaza is highly creative, enjoying photography, painting, carpentry, writing, and motorcycle riding. She is particularly proud of challenging limiting cultural norms to create better opportunities for future generations. Glaza is motivated by delivering sustainable engineering solutions that support environmental resilience and climate adaptation on a global scale.

Alejandro

Alejandro is a civil and water engineer with over four years of experience. He specialises in flood risk assessment, sustainable drainage design, and hydraulic modelling, and has successfully led flood risk and drainage projects for major developments. Outside of work, Alejandro is passionate about sports and currently enjoys swimming. Known for his practical and solution-focused approach, he is motivated by tackling complex water management challenges and delivering engineering solutions that support long-term sustainability and responsible development.

Ana

Ana is a civil engineer with a strong academic foundation. She has developed a thoughtful, analytical approach to engineering, with a focus on critically assessing challenges and identifying timely, practical solutions. Outside of work, Ana enjoys hiking, diving, reading novels, and spending time with her family. She is also a devoted cat lover. Ana is motivated by the continuous learning that comes with each project and values the opportunity to build knowledge and experience within the infrastructure and engineering industry.

Manuela

Manuela is an assistant civil engineer, specialising in community-focused infrastructure projects. She holds a Civil Engineering degree and is particularly proud of her ability to translate community needs into practical, sustainable engineering solutions. Her experience working with local government strengthened her focus on social impact, poverty reduction, and essential infrastructure delivery. Outside of work, Manuela enjoys travelling, photography, learning about different cultures, and spending time with friends and family. She is motivated by building safer, more resilient infrastructure that creates lasting social value.

Cynthia

Cynthia is an information technology professional with nine years of experience across multiple industries. She is particularly valued for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to organise tasks efficiently. Known for her warm and positive energy, Cynthia brings a collaborative approach to her work. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and creating meaningful memories together. Cynthia is motivated by continuous learning and enjoys finding smart, efficient ways to tackle new challenges.

Cherry

Cherry is a customer support specialist and virtual assistant with over ten years of experience supporting teams through clear communication, strong organisation, and efficient CRM and billing management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and plays a key role in client coordination and internal operations. Outside of work, Cherry enjoys fitness, trekking, beach trips, and spending quality time with her family. Since joining the team in 2023, she has steadily expanded her responsibilities and skills. Cherry is motivated by continuous learning and contributing to a supportive, high-performing team environment.
