Our Sequential Test Methodology
The flood risk assessment methodology includes:
- Task 1 - Identify the alternative sites to be tested. This work is done by reviewing the council’s Policy documents and planning approvals and by determining the base line parameters for comparable sites.
- Task 2 - Flood Zone Identification and evaluation of flooding from other sources
- Task 3 - Determine the reasonably available sites.
