Floodplain
A Floodplain is an area of land that borders a watercourse, an estuary or the sea, over which water flows in time of flood, or would flow in the absence of flood defences. Run a detailed flood check to confirm floodplain extents before purchasing or developing. The GOV.UK flood zone assessment guidance sets out development restrictions within the functional floodplain.

Case Example
If you buy a “floodplain” property, you are buying land that nature intended for water storage. Our design ensures you can build without reducing that storage capacity.
